Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division Releases FY2004 Year-End Closings
June 30, 2004 -- Seven Real Estate Executives Named To Division's "5 Million Club"
Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division has announced that during its fiscal year 2004, the company closed on 520 units for a total of $105,080,000. Over $63.6 million of the total figure was generated by seven top real estate executives who have been named to the division's "5 Million Club": Jim Frazier (Barefoot Resort & Golf, $14.2 million); Ben Guyton (Barefoot Resort & Golf, $13.3 million); Barbara Campbell (Barefoot Resort & Golf, $10.4 million); Shelly Cribbs (Sandpiper Bay, $8.1 million); Greg Nichols (Barefoot Resort & Golf, $7 million); Brent Whitaker (Belle Grove, $5.4 million); and Bill Hartis (Camden Creek at Allston Plantation, $5.2 million).
