Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division Names Ashley Herweg Operational Marketing Manager



May 22, 2004 -- Herweg Brings Extensive Marketing Experience To Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division

Ashley Page Herweg has joined Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division as operational marketing manager. Herweg brings extensive experience in marketing to her position, where she oversees the day-to-day operation of Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division's marketing initiatives for all of the company's Horry and Georgetown County communities.

Prior to joining Centex Homes, Herweg owned and operated Seaway Communications International in Charleston, S.C. She worked with many businesses and individuals to define and communicate their unique niches to the marketplace. Through her company, she was associated with Centex Homes for more than five years and conducted competitive analyses for divisions in Hilton Head, Charleston and Savannah to assist in their research for land acquisition and product development.

Herweg also served as national sales trainer for Trader Publishing Company in Norfolk, Va. During her time spent there, she developed training programs for the national publishing company that prints over 320 titles weekly. Additionally, she co-authored the company sales manual.

Herweg has co-authored three books, including Making More Money Selling Radio Advertising Without Numbers; Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, and Developing Superior Salespeople; and FutureSell: Radio's Niche Marketing Revolution. She has also served as a contributing writer for Radio Ink magazine.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam, N.Y., Herweg lives in North Myrtle Beach.
